Frequently asked questions
1. Am I eligible for the Strategic CSI Masterclass?
The course is designed for senior leaders and decision-makers in the CSI departments of companies, such as CSI or CSR managers and heads of CSI/CSR/social responsibility. If you are not sure whether the course is right for you or your colleagues, please email academy@trialogue.co.za.
2. How do I book my place?
Step 1: Click “Add to basket” on your course shop item.
Step 2: Click “Proceed to Checkout”
Step 3: Fill in your details and select “Electronic Funds Transfer” for EFT payment or “Payfast” to pay via credit card.
Step 4: If you choose “Electronic Funds Transfer”, booking confirmation and an invoice will be emailed to you.
Step 5: Once your proof of payment has been received, you will receive instructions to access the course.
3. How does payment work?
If using a credit card, select “Payfast” and then select “Place order”.
If you require an invoice, select the “Electronic Funds Transfer” option. Once you select “Place order”, your order is confirmed. You will receive an email in your inbox within 15 minutes (please check your spam). An automatically generated invoice will be attached to your confirmation email.
If you require a quotation for a PO number, please use the automatically generated invoice in your email mentioned above, and then email academy@trialogue.co.za with the PO number. We will then send an updated invoice that includes the PO number.
Payment must be received within 30 days of invoice date. Access to courses will only be granted once payment has been received. before access to the course is granted, at least 30 days before the course start date.
