Rather than focusing on crisis response alone, it takes a whole-organisation approach to resilience, recognising that financial health, leadership, systems, partnerships, and organisational culture are deeply interconnected.
Drawing on Trialogue’s research and real-world case studies, the course equips participants to anticipate risk, respond to disruption, and build long-term organisational sustainability.
