As you know, nonprofit organisations play a crucial role in society. They also face particular challenges.  

The Covid-19 pandemic years increased pressure, with many nonprofits facing setbacks, such as losing donor funding and needing to reduce staff, even as the need for their services has grown. 

Creating impact with reduced capacity has led the sector to focus on building resilience to cope with these challenges.  

The knowledge and tools provided in this course will help you build resilience in your organisation. You’ll learn from case studies from organisations such as Book Dash and the Feenix Trust, winners of the Nedbank Private Wealth Innovation Awards 2021.  

You will also learn how to evaluate your own organisation and implement practical strategies in areas like financial resilience, risk management, and collaboration.

Total learning time: Approximately 8 hours – however, additional resources recommended throughout the course will add to the time spent.
